Written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us rather than guessing — we would rather explain it than have you agree to something you did not follow.
We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or date of birth. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and there is no third-party pixel on this site.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. Your card number does not pass through our servers and is never stored by us. Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded and for how much; that is all we receive.
Stripe processes your payment data under their own privacy policy, which is worth reading if you want the detail.
Our AI provider does not receive anything about you. The analysis layer is sent information about the fixture — the teams, recent form, injuries, the weather, the prices on offer — and never a user id, an email address, or anything identifying who asked for it. From its side, every request looks the same regardless of who triggered it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
One kind only: the cookie that keeps you signed in. It is refreshed as you move around the site and it is removed when you sign out. There are no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies here, so there is no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
Your account and preferences last as long as your account does. Your credit record is kept as long as we are required to keep financial records.
Graded picks are kept permanently, and this is deliberate. The record of what we predicted and what actually happened is the only evidence of whether this service works. It is stored in a way that cannot be edited or deleted, including by us — which is the point, because a record we could quietly revise would be worth nothing to you.
One honest limit on deletion. The graded picks described above cannot be erased — the system that stores them refuses edits and deletions by design. What we do instead is sever them from you: the link between those rows and your identity is removed, so what remains is an anonymous record of a forecast and its outcome, with nothing connecting it to a person. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not create an account, and tell us why — it is a trade-off between your erasure rights and the integrity of a public track record, and we would rather hear the objection than assume it away.
Access to your data is enforced by the database itself rather than only by our application code, so a mistake in one page cannot expose another person’s account. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. Card details, as above, never reach us at all.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and say plainly what happened.
This service is not for anyone under the legal gambling age where they live, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will close it.
If we change this policy materially, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
