Monster Cheeser is a sports analysis service. We read upcoming fixtures, form a view on what is likely to happen, compare that view against the prices bookmakers are offering, and publish the result along with our reasoning.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, pay winnings, or act as an agent for anyone who does. Nothing on this site is a wager and no money you spend here is at risk on a sporting outcome. If you choose to place a bet, that is a separate transaction between you and a licensed operator, and we are not part of it.

You must be of legal age to gamble where you live — 21 in most of the United States, 18 in some jurisdictions — and you must not be prohibited from using a service like this by local law or by a self-exclusion programme you have joined.
You are responsible for knowing the rules where you are. Sports betting is legal in some places and not others, and the fact that this site is reachable from somewhere does not mean it is lawful to act on it there.
No outcome is guaranteed. Our published view is an opinion formed from public information. It is frequently wrong, and it is wrong in ways we cannot predict in advance. Sports are uncertain; that uncertainty is the entire reason a betting market exists.
Past performance does not predict future performance. Any historical figure we publish describes what already happened over a specific set of picks; it is not a forecast, an expectation, or a promise about your results.
Prices move. A price shown on a board was available at a bookmaker at the moment we captured it, and may no longer exist by the time you look. We show how old a board is for exactly that reason. Check the book before you act.
We do not offer financial, investment, or professional advice, and nothing here should be treated as any of those.
The service runs on prepaid credit. You buy credit, and it is spent when you ask us to price a slate of fixtures. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Refunds. If you have unused credit and want to stop using the service, contact us and we will refund the unused balance to the original payment method. Credit that has already been spent on a board we delivered is not refundable — the work was done and the result was provided. If you believe you were charged in error, tell us and we will look at the record and put it right.
Credit does not expire, and it has no cash value except as described above.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You can end every active session from your account page.
One account per person. Do not share access, resell what you find here, or scrape the service. We may suspend or close an account that does — and if we close yours for that reason, we will still refund any unused credit.
Betting should be entertainment you can afford. Never stake money you need, never chase a loss, and stop if it stops being fun.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue it entirely, we will refund unused credit.
We depend on third parties for odds, results and other data. When one of them is unavailable or wrong, our output will be affected, and we may be unable to price a slate at all.
If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the app before the change applies to you. Continuing to use the service after that is how you accept the new version.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you lose betting, for decisions you make using this service, for prices that have moved, or for data a third party got wrong.
Where we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for anything else your local consumer protection law preserves.
